Arts organizations receive NEA funding – Inside Indiana Business

The National Endowment for the Arts awards grants totaling $280,000 to nonprofit arts organizations and cultural program providers across Indiana. The funding will be awarded to 15 organizations as part of the first funding round of the NEA for the 2023 financial year.

The Grants for Arts Projects program supports public engagement with and access to diverse art forms across the country.

“Together, these grants demonstrate NEA’s nationwide support for strengthening our arts and cultural ecosystems, providing equitable opportunities for arts participation and practice, and contributing to the health of our communities and our economy,” said Dr. Maria Rosario Jackson, Chair of the NEA. “I encourage everyone to explore these projects and the ways they help us create inspiration, understanding and opportunities for more artistic living.”
