Indiana Women’s Basketball has a perfect record after a big win over Quinnipiac

BLOOMINGTON, Indiana — As the Thanksgiving break begins, Indiana gives the Hoosier Nation its fifth straight win of the season after beating Quinnipiac 92-55 at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall on Sunday.

Indiana head coach Teri Moren admitted she was actually a little nervous about the earlier tip, but said her group looked good shooting around.

Four Hoosiers achieved double goals, led by forward Mackenzie Holmes, who scored 22 points overall early in the game 7-on-7.

“I feel like we had the game under control from the start, which always helps,” said Holmes. “Defensively we started much better than last year.”
