INDIANAPOLIS – Finding a hot Thanksgiving meal for you and your family without the hassle of cooking just gets easier every year.
Many restaurants and businesses have started to make Thanksgiving as stress-free as possible by offering pre-holiday catering and take-out options.
There are many ways for families to get a hot meal from local groups like Mozel Sanders, but with the application deadline for many of these meals there are still options at different price points.
Below is a list of options:
Whole Foods offers classics alongside specialties like macaroni and cheese and Brussels sprouts. Most dishes are delivered pre-cooked and only need to be preheated before serving.
The acclaimed Popeyes turkey is back this year. Unfortunately the turkey is sold out online. However, you can check with your local restaurant to see if it’s available.
Bob Evans will once again offer his famous Farmhouse Feast options. Plans are included in offers for all different group sizes.
The Honey Baked Ham Co.
The Five Central Indiana Honey Baked Ham Co. offers hams (shocker!) and several succulent hams are available, but the franchise also offers turkeys. Combo packages with sides such as sweet potato soufflé, stuffing, green beans and gravy are also available.
The Boston Market offers Thanksgiving meals in a buffet style or custom-made meals. Orders for premium meals can be placed online. Premium Meals include three sides for $15.49 per person or Deluxe Meals include two sides for $13.99 per person.
Their holiday menus are available from October 24th to January 3rd.
Buca di Beppo
The Italian restaurant tries its hand at turkey with its Thanksgiving menu.
They offer pre-packaged meals. Call your local restaurant to place your orders.
Cracker Barrel offers “Heat-n-Serve” Thanksgiving meals that are ready in two hours. Meals are available for up to 10 people and include turkey and dressing with gravy, cranberry relish, turkey gravy, country green beans, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole and bun. Prices start at $14 per person.
Costco will be selling a “complete meal in a box” this holiday season. The meal includes antibiotic-free turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, Brussels sprouts casserole and more.
It also includes two pies.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is offering reheated and ready meals for pickup and delivery for the holiday season.
For gatherings of eight to twelve people, Dickey’s offers:
- The whole festival: Choose from smoked turkey, prime rib, Cajun roast turkey, or spiral ham along with cornbread dressing, gravy, baked potato casserole, green beans with bacon, and a dozen buttered buns.
- The Feast: Choose from smoked turkey, prime rib, Cajun roast turkey or spiral ham along with cornbread dressing, gravy and a dozen buttered buns.
- Menu from the map: Order each of Dickey’s slow smoked holiday meats individually with savory sides.
McCormick and Schmicks
This seafood and steakhouse, affiliated with the downtown Hilton, is offering a selection of traditional holiday items for pre-order through November 21st.
The reserved meals serve four to six people and cost $175.
