Four award-winning wineries in Corrales, New Mexico

The land of enchantment may now have something in common with France. Corrales, New Mexico is home to not one, but four excellent wineries! Four excellent wineries in one tiny town. The fertile soils of the southwest are just right for growing vineyards. Come and stomp some grapes (figuratively) as we join us on this wine frenzy.

Corrales Winery, Acequia Vineyards & Winery, Milagro Vineyards, and Pasando Tiempo Winery & Vineyard are all located in Corrales, just outside of Albuquerque. Cheers to Corrales!

Prepare for the annual Bike and Wine event, which offers a unique way to visit some of these Corrales wineries.

At Corrales Winery, which opened in 2000, you can sit outside in the shade of the willow tree and gaze out at the Sandia Mountains.

Admire the gardens. Host an event such as B. a bachelorette party, in the Corrales Winery. Enjoy wine tastings on weekends or during the Balloon Fiesta when the winery is open all week.

Your responsibilities seem to melt away for a few precious moments as you enjoy this iconic view with your wine in hand at Corrales Winery.

Bring a picnic to complement your drink. Will it be red or white today?

At Acequia Vineyards & Winery, views of the Sandia Mountains are similarly spectacular while sitting on the small outdoor patio.
At Acequia you almost feel like you are being invited into the cozy home of an old friend, a friend with delicious wine and mountain views.
At Milagro Vineyards, the grapes are grown exclusively in Corrales – the first vine was planted in 1985.

Pasando Tiempo is a small, family-owned winery on Dandelion Lane in Corrales – and it rounds out our list of four excellent wineries in a tiny town.

In 2005 the vineyard was planted and in 2011 Pasando Tiempo was opened to the public. Volunteer to help with the in-season grape harvest. Attend events such as wine pairings or movie nights.

The mantra here is pastime, or pasando tiempo in Spanish – relaxing with good wine and good company.

Drop by for happy hour on Fridays and get half your glass of wine and maybe even some live music. Along with wine, try a specialty cocktail or nibble on a complimentary cheese.
